Luis Alfredo Alejandro Jiménez, originally from Tabasco, Mexico. With more than 20 years of experience, from a very young age, he discovered his passion and love for gastronomy. He wanted everyone to know the authentic flavor of Mexico in their dishes.

Graduated with a degree in gastronomy, at the Campechano Institute, in the state of Campeche for more than 3 years, he has been part of our family in Tulum.
